A few months ago, I found my hair was getting really thin, especially around the top and sides of my forehead. Always had really thin hair, so I started to freak out because I don’t really have any room for it to get thinner. At first, I started looking at silk pillowcases, but for some reason I just didn’t want to commit. I came across this and decided it was the right thing to try. It is so soft and silky! I put it on before bed and tuck the back of my hair up in it. I tie the ties tight enough, so that it doesn’t slip off, but isn’t uncomfortable, and only very occasionally do I wake up without it on my head. The first thing I noticed after starting to use this was how soft my hair was in the morning. I have straight shoulder length hair, and I normally wake up with it sticking in a few different directions, and not feeling soft until I brush it out. I also normally wake up with at least a few hairs that have fallen out and are stuck to my pillow. This has made me wake up with much softer hair, and although sometimes it is still sticking in a funny direction, it isn’t anything compared to what I used to experience. I also don’t find any hairs that get left behind of me, think that this is helping reduce some of the hair that I used to lose in the night. It’s also a little hard to tell, but I do feel pretty confident saying that I’m not getting as much breakage on the hair around my face as I used to get (I’m a side sleeper, and I think that is the biggest contributor. Overall, I love this, and if you’re considering, just buy it!

I love the silk bonnet. It does help to keep my hair from freezing the next day. It looks great. It does tend to loosen up after some time, but it’s wonderful that there’s a strap in the back that you can adjust.

I don’t know if my head is too small or if I thrash around in my sleep, but I’ll be darned if this bonnet stays on all night. Might return it because it’s not living up to its full potential.

This keeps my hair smooth while sleeping. It helps upkeep styles like curls for more than one day of wear. The adjustable strap makes it easy to stay on - other brands I've tried had slipped off while sleeping. Great product!
