The first couple times I made the soup I made the mistake of treating it as if it were a styrofoam container of instant Nissen shrimp ramen noodles. Besides having trouble getting the noodles cooked right, it was way too spicy for me when I made it. With the last package I decided to do it differently . This time I filled a 2 quart pan with from 2-2 1/2 cups of water. I added the noodles and the seaweed when the water was at a good boil and cooked it for at least 5 minutes. Finally, I added the red spice liquid. This made all of the difference in the world. It turned into a nicely textured red soup with 1" size chunks of what I think was seaweed floating in it. Now that I know how to make it I might purchase it a second time. I have one warning to potential buyers- just because there's a picture of some sort of red lobster or crab on the front of the package, don't expect to see anything similar when the package is re-hydrated. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ * *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 16, 2020* * ### ⭐ Korean MRE... I recommend sticking to the Korean Bibimbap MREs instead of the one with rice + ramen as they are not a good combination.
