Q: Any results for cat with round worms? If so, how long before results?

Q: How long does it take to work?

Your best bet is to contact prana pets in order to discuss your dog, its weight, and the correct dosage. (i'm assuming you're treating cushing's, but this is still good advice.) i opted for the 3x/day regimen rather than the 5-6x/day; it turns out i wasn't giving her enough for her weight and the number of times per day. prana's customer service is excellent, but someone may need to call you back. "brad" was extremely helpful in deciphering the dosage, etc. once i had the correct information, we began to see results in about a week, week and a half. also, much of this depends on how long your dog has had cushing's disease. our dog was elderly and on pain medication for arthritis (galliprant), so we coordinated the homeopathic prana meds and the prescription w/our vet. cushing's isn't curable, but the prana meds made our dog's life better. hope this was helpful---we wish you and your family all the best.
