Much smaller than I was expecting it to be. I have had a double mastectomy and I got this to put under my maxi-dresses that were cut low in the front and sides. This is so tight that it literally makes what's left of my chest muscle ache and throb and cuts into one of my scars thats in my underarm area. It's also kinda hard to breathe in. Uncomfortable. I will be giving it to a friend of mine's daughter. Future Buyers it does say that its smaller than expected but it seems like this is close to a child's size more than an adult woman. I gave it 4 stars because it IS made well....the fabric is nice and the bands on the top and bottom are nicely constructed too. I bought it to wear under a cream top that's a little see-through (I don't like bras) and the bandeau is pretty see-through as well. Together the two layers make it appropriate for work so it does the job. I wasn't expecting totally opaque but it's more sheer than I thought it would be. Also, it's SO TIGHT. I'm 5'4" and 96 pounds and an A cup and it's super tight around my ribs (I'm probably a bra band size 32).
