This is the best deodorant I’ve found without aluminum or plastic packaging. I’ve tried a lot of natural deodorant brands and Ethique has been my favorite so far BUT at $17 a bar, it’s just wayyyy overpriced. This deodorant has a range of great scents, is softer and more moisturizing than Ethique, and has been the ONLY brand to not leave my underarm skin darker than it naturally is (an issue with most brands.) The wear is literally 24 hours of scent protection; seriously stink-proof. By only criticism is that it is pretty soft and so it gets crumbly towards the end of the package. Worth it for a great formula and plastic-free packaging. Highly recommend.

I have been using this exclusively for about a month and I LOVE it. The scent isn't exactly patchouli but nonetheless I really like the earthy zing of the scent (I just purchased the color safe shampoo/conditioner in the same scent - I haven't tried that yet but it smells amazing also). It is a little tricky/messy getting used to the paper tube but you can just tap the deo tube on a counter to get the stick to go back down if you push it up too far. The scent lasts all day, even with light exercise (I haven't done any intense exercise since I got this so I'm not sure how it'd hold up but I assume it'd do well), I used to use the Secret brand gel deo and had to reapply that in the afternoon often and im happy I don't have to do that with this. I feel like the brand is true to their statement of being good for sensitive skin as well, i tried another natural deo in the past and ended up with painful cysts from and was a bit worried about trying a different all natural deo but im SO happy I decided to try this one and i will be purchasing it again for sure. Honestly, my only con is the transfer onto clothes, I wear a lot of black/darker colors and have to be careful in how I get dressed after applying the deo but that's a small price to pay for longer lasting scent and less environmental impact - plus as far as I can tell the deo comes off completely in the wash!

So this is a great product - I have purchased it twice before. Works well, smells good, good ingredients, no residue, no skin irritation. But the last time I purchased it five months ago, it was $11.69 before tax. Came up to $12 something total. Which is definitely NOT inexpensive for a stick of stuff you put under your arms. But it's premium, and so that's fine. Willing to pay some extra. But it has now popped up on my "buy again" reel for $17.00 before taxes. $17.00 for a stick of deodorant that 5 months ago was $12. That's right, a 45% price increase for an already expensive product. I'm not sure which, but either amazon with their dynamic pricing, or the brand itself, or maybe both - have lost their ever loving minds. Nobody should pay for such obvious demonstrated price-jacking. It's almost comically bad, and representative of widespread inflationary greed. And definitely absurd.

Good at first, but stopped working — and hard to use at the end. I really liked this deodorant in the beginning, but after a few months it just stopped working for me. Also, when it’s close to running out, the texture becomes very hard and it’s difficult to apply. The product also separates from the packaging, so unless you want to waste what’s left, you end up having to apply it with your hand. Overall, it’s not a product I would repurchase.

These Attitude deodorants work really well for me! They smell good and work well. I generally only need to apply once a day and it lasts. The smell doesn't last very long, but it does prevent odor for the day. Which I cannot say for many aluminum free deodorants. These also help a little with sweat too, though it's not an antiperspirant. I very much also like that they are EWG certified, so you can trust that they are clean and safe for you and the planet. This also means I'm comfortable putting it on at night before bed as I don't have to worry about to getting all over everything and staining. So why 4 stars and not 5? Well as other have said, the only problem with them is that they can get chalky, and break apart or clump very easily. Especially if your pits are not completely smooth. Definitely let it warm up a little on your skin for a few seconds before really applying. I didn't it best to do right after a hot shower. Though that said, I find it's better not to really push down at all, just glide it up and down a couple times to lightly apply it. You don't need a lot for it to work well, so while annoying, it could be much worse. I personally would also love to see some form of probiotics incorporated into the formula if possible, as that would really help supercharge the power of them I think, similar so some other brands. Overall I'm pretty happy with it though!

I found the packaging easy to use and push up with careful effort. The edges crumble a little onto my skin but it rubs in fine after a few swishes of my arms forward and backward. I got more crumbles when I over-applied with lots of swipes. I only make 2 careful swipes now and it’s just right. It just deposits more product than traditional deodorants so you have to use it differently. The deodorant was smooth on my skin and covered really well. I did not find the stick to be dry and chalky at all like other reviews. The texture is a little different but to me it’s just as smooth as traditional deodorants. The fragrance is very light and refreshing. It covered odors for me all day. It didn’t stop me from sweating but that’s to be expected as it’s not an antiperspirant.

For the absurd price to put something less toxic on your skin applying this is like rubbing chalk on your skin. It breaks up in chunks. Product consistency is questionable each time you get it - it can break up or go on smooth. Depends on the batch i guess? Attitude makes amazing scents but for $12-$15 deodorant it should be a better product for that price.

The ATTITUDE Plastic-Free Deodorant is absolutely fantastic! I love that it’s aluminum-free, baking soda-free, and EWG Verified—it feels great knowing I’m using a product that’s safe for my body and the environment. The scent is amazing—fresh and natural without being overpowering. It lasts all day, even during busy or active days. The plastic-free packaging is a huge bonus, and the stick glides on smoothly without any residue or stickiness. I’ve tried a lot of natural deodorants, but this one is by far my favorite. It works beautifully, smells incredible, and aligns with my values. Highly recommend!

Surprised to see Attitude's deodorants with such a low average score slightly below 4-stars, but some of the reviews may explain this referring to cheaper and "better" performance with brands using lots of toxic ingredients in non-recyclable packing. If you're looking for cheap, an EWG-verified product isn't for you. This isn't just a "fairly safe" to use product, it's verified, that's the best score you can get. The entire package is recyclable. The scent comes from natural ingredients not synthetic chemicals never tested for safety. This is my fav scent but the black one that's black pepper and patchouli is really fab also. I apply in the morning, I wouldn't need to re-apply unless I'm going out in the evening and I'd typically shower before that anyway, so for me 8-10 hours of not smelling like BO is great. This isn't a sports antiperspirant, it's not going to stop you from sweating, but it does have good absorption for standard activities like walking, shopping, etc., and when you do sweat that's where the scent comes in. It goes on cleanly, you're supposed to use it very gently for the first swipe to warm up the product and then gently apply so large chunks don't come off. Feel good about yourself and the planet with Attitude products. Your body is supposed to sweat, antiperspirants are just bad for your body period. 5-stars for this product.

Can not smell sandalwood at all but I am impressed as it does a great job. Tried making my own natural deodorant and found it caused more problems with sweat so tried this as an alternative and felt dry and odour free all day.

Great texture and scent. The cardboard isn’t as bad as I expected, I’m just careful where I put it in my gym bag. The residue is annoying because it can stay after a gentle cycle wash of my clothes if I don’t wash them right away but it’s not that bad and overall a good trade off for its benefits. I’m a heavy sweater, medical grade deodorant is usually required so I was very pleased that this does the trick!
