Really good for foot acupressure

Very happy with my purchase as I was suffering from heel pain after coming back from my runs.After the first 2-3 times of rolling, I felt significant relief, and my pain has almost disappeared.Now I use it almost daily.Product idea: need an accessory (like a channel with a groove) which can help to roll the ball without slipping off from underfoot.

I didnt get any sort of relief in Plantar Fasciitis(heel pain)

Initially due to the spikes i was skeptical whether to buy or not but to be honest these spikes are feel good types, i love how they feel when i use them during heel exercises, it in fact helps with pain. I just do some rotating exercises & bck & forth exercises on my heel for some pain similar to plantar fasciitis in my right foot. Its overall good 👍 Those spikes don’t poke but work like acupressure…

Good quality product. But it very hard I suggest to make it a bit softer as it may cause injury 🤕 if throne or not used properly. Price a bit higher as compared to the local market.

I am having planter facitis, the massage using the ball helped immensly, the spikes on the ball is an added feature which doubles as an accupressure tool, quite satisfied.

Helped a lot in curing cramps and leg pain. Very good for massage. Recommend to keep it in fridge/freezer before use 10/10
