Do I apply the serum on damp hair or dry hair?

To utilize the serum, it is recommended to apply on either towel-dry, blow-dry, or dry hair. If applied on soaked or wet hair, the solution may become diluted and runny, resulting in less concentration on the desired treated area.

When it says that serum is recommended daily , does that mean I have to wash my hair every day after leaving on for 6 hours .

I used the serum daily but washed my hair every other day. Obviously to use the serum on damp hair is probably ideal but seemed fine on dry hair.
