When she opened the globe on top was cracked, microphone did not work and the machine itself worked only for about two songs. She returned it after speaking w/them on phone. Said either will fix or replace. Received it back in worse shape. Legs on bottom shoved into the machine, no microphone sent back w/it and now we have to see will they just give us back money.
