I’d never tasted osmanthus tea before. I didn’t even know what the flowers smelled like, only that somewhere in the world, people were turning them into drinks and jams and pastries. The yellow flowers seem fresh. It’s not fruity, and it’s not floral in the same way jasmine tea is. It’s mildly sweet, and to me it has a slight sour note. I brew a roughly 600 ml pot using two full teaspoons. I let the water boil and then cool for about two minutes before steeping the tea, and I let it brew for about two to three minutes. I drink it plain, and I enjoy it. I haven’t researched how it’s meant to be enjoyed, or what should accompany it.

Had this tea recommended to me for glowing skin--can’t say I’ve got glowing skin at this point but I certainly feel like I flush my system while drinking. Somewhat of an acquired taste but with a touch of local honey it’s delish

I will NEVER buy this contaminated trash again! To think that I served this at a party and drank some myself. It stayed in my cupboard and I just saw that it had bugs in it. I counted at least 5.I took a picture of 1 before they fell back in the leaves. Absolutely gross! I don't want to wonder what else is in this trash!!!

Great purchase

Disappointing. The container of tea was sealed but they only give you 2/3 amount of tea leaf. Also, my partner and I did not like the taste. Even with a tea filter there was a lot of debris coming out and it tasted bad. Perhaps we just don't know how to brew it properly or understand the taste. But I do not like how deceiving the packaging is. You can see that the container is only 2/3 full and sealed. I would not recommend if it is your first time trying osmanthus.

Quality has gone down hill. The first batch I purchased was bright and fragrant. This batch was dull and had rat turds in it. Imagine getting halfway through the bottle and realizing there is feces in it? What happened to the Quality? I would understand dried bugs (sparse) since it is organic, but feces is too organic for me.

The pictures from the merchandise show a bottle full. The bottles we received are only 2/3 full.
