Quality designed gear that often breaks and is unavailable to consumers from OEM HP repair service. Had to return because it did not fit the 8000 series Office Jet printer I owned. These are ITEM specific part numbers - confirm with Gear Manufacturer for proper fitment.

So far its held up for weeks now.

No longer works need to order a new one. Easy fix, hoping for a discount on the second one. Could not get ahold of customer support.

Fit perfect and no problem since installing. Original call HP for help with printer and all they said is it was time for a new one as they are built to only last so long. Did some research and found out it was this gear that had broke.

Easy to install. I didn't need to take apart the printer. Just used a pair of long tweezers and a flat head screw drive to push it in place. Works as if it was a new printer.

Fast delivery. Easy to slide onto rod inside printer. Cartridge now spins as it should. Very easy to install.

Put it on per the instructions. Printed off some test pages, worked great. Went to use it and it was doing what it was doing before. Found the gear at the bottom of the printer and it was stripped out. The plastic does not last AT ALL. Very disappointing considering the cost of this.
