I recently purchased these felt strips for a few DIY projects around the house, and I’m thoroughly impressed with their performance. This is a good product for use on various items (mostly furniture) that need to have protection against damaging floors. We recently had wood floors refinished and this has worked well for chair legs, standing shelves, etc. This is a bit more narrow than I expected, so make sure you're getting the width that you require. The adhesive seems strong, I did clean things well with alcohol before adhering the felt strip.

Works well! It was tough to cut with scissors but we did manage to get it cut and have placed the strips on the bottom of the rocker!

I originally bought these felt strips to deal with a small rattle in my car caused by the stabilizer bar, and they actually worked for that. Since I only needed a little bit for the car, I ended up using the rest under some furniture like chairs and a small table on my hardwood floors. The adhesive seems to stick fine, and the felt itself is reasonably soft and thick, not super thick, but definitely not flimsy or paper-thin. Once installed, the felt did make a noticeable difference: the rattle in my car disappeared, and sliding chairs around no longer feels like I’m scratching the floor. Everything moves a lot smoother and quieter. Even when leaning or shifting weight, that “wood dragging” sound is basically gone. However, this is still just simple adhesive felt tape. If you have something that gets moved a lot or carries a lot of weight, the felt won’t hold up forever. For example, the strips under our dining chairs started compressing and loosening after some time because of the constant pressure and movement. But under furniture that barely moves, like a table or a side cabinet, they’ve stayed in place without any issues. Overall, if you’re using these for light cushioning and noise reduction on everyday furniture, they work perfectly fine. For heavier items or things that get moved constantly, I wouldn’t expect too much from adhesive felt strips. They’re great for what they are, just not a long-term solution for high-stress use.

Adhesive worked very well, actually better than I expected. Flexible and molded to project perfectly. Very protective ... good stuff!

My 3D printed book holder was slipping on the counter, so I bought this to put under it and it works great. Unfortunately my books haven't been selling on Amazon, so the book holder is pretty much useless. Maybe I should stop selling my books and sell this stuff instead.

I used this on my Poang chair from ikea because it kept sliding on the laminate floor whenever I would sit or get up. I cut the wider roll to size (btw - super easy to cut with a rotary blade on a craft mat) there was the exact perfect length to cover both sides of the bottom of the chair. and so far so good. No issues with it peeling off so far, I cleaned the bottom before applying and it seemed to stick well. Sometimes you have to let this kind of glue/tape cure for a couple of days for maximum adhesion, I don't know if that's true for this, but I'm letting it sit for a couple days before putting too much wear and tear on it.

This is exactly what I ordered. Good adhesive and the felt does not feel like it's gonna come apart.
