Suction power is low .
The media could not be loaded. Cord length is approx 15 feet . Looking wise is good product but suction power is low and it's auto on off. May be i got a defective product. Company is good but i think in this price many options available on Amazon. You can go for wet and dry vaccum cleaner in this price range . For car cleaning it good but i think if you are looking for good suction power vaccum cleaner than don't go for it . I replaced this vaccume cleaner but still facing low suction power problem.

Very Bad Service
Very bad product and no service support. Complain given to Eureka Forbes on 9 Jan '25 informed to Amazon on 12 Jan '25. There is no response.

Very silent, top handle is not strong, the dust bag replacement is difficult to get
I chose this because of its silent motor & it functions so well & quiet. The top suction handle does not have that much grip & it may come often during the cleaning. You need to get used to it over some time. The main problem is getting the replacement of the dust bag. Though it is cleanable, over some time you need to replace it. Eureka Forbs asks to opt for an AMC if needs to get the replacement / new dust filter bag. There are 3rd party filters available on Amazon but users need to try & risk it on their own as most of it doesn't fit it.

Excellent
Your product is excellent. But I take this opportunity to expose Amazon India is full of culprits. Someone duped me of 17000 plus rupees from the Amazon order and I tried to contact them and explain the entire story. But I am a NRE who don’t have an Indian number for last 23 years. Then there is no option to communicate with them.

I purchased one for trial and after experience it's performance one more was purchased. No complaint of any kind.

Refund not done still it’s more that 8 days
I have returned this product on November 23 and still refund is not initiated ,, I reported and returned since it has low performance and no customers are calling

This is not a silent vac as they advertise, but definitely does the work as mentioned.. worth buy
