doesn’t blend very well for a blender 🤷♀️
i don’t know if i have a faulty one but i’ve used it on blending tomato skin up to add back into roasted tomatoes for sauce i put is down to the tomato skin being fibrous . doesn’t blend cooked onions from my slow cooker into liquid i’ve been cooking them for over 8 hours they are soft !! and didn’t blend soup extreamily lumpy after being cooked in the oven i was at it for ages again id have been better mashing it with a fork before adding my liquids . i googled it and took googles advice with random pulsing and persistence but still didn’t do it , it’s something i use a lot . my old one witch was only 600w was incredible i got it from lidl so they aren’t a constant stock i did find one on ebay i used it after trying this one to blend cooked onion into gravy and it did it in less than 2 mins this one is terrible after all the raving reviews i thought id found a decent replacement but nope , id avoid this one it can’t handle anything blend worthy it looks pretty i can also see the locking mechanism being a weak point over time but didn’t use it to that point so i’ll never know i’m not wasting any more time on this one , i used it 3 times for 3 very different things before saying never again . avoid !
