A very good all round beautifully manufactured product; easy to use and clean and powerful in operation in containers larger than the beaker supplied. Well worth the money!

It gets sauces totally smooth, which is what all I want but is surprisingly hard to find in a hand blender. Detaching the head doesn't seem to intuitive though as you sort of seem to have to pull in the wrong direction, but it's not a huge issue. The 'stick' comes out of the plastic sometimes but can be stuck back in and so long as you don't pull it upwards when blending, it tends to behave. However, it does seem to be weakening after 18 months so I decided to buy a replacement to be on the safe side. The actual machine works fine so it's frustrating that I can't just just buy the blender head separately; I've put the new machine to one side ready for future need, hopefully this head will last a bit better than the old as I'll be very annoyed to have 2 working machines and no heads!

This works really well and is particularly useful given that you can detach the blades and wash them separately. I found that having a sealed unit and having to hand wash rather than just pop the blade off and into the dishwasher is a bit of a faff. It’s super convenient and the speed settings work really well overall very pleased and really good value for money.

Purchased the blender to reduce cooked vegetables for curry base gravy. I was very pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of it. The blender is very powerful and easy to use. The blade unit is easily removed for cleaning by depressing 2 good size buttons one the motor unit. The blender has a power cord that is a good length. I can’t say that I’ve read the instructions so can’t say why there’s a power button and a second button because the unit starts whatever button is depressed. The speed of the whizz is increased or decreased by turning an easily accessible dial on the head of the unit. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Came across this product again when I was buying a replacement hand blender.I purchased this product in February 2023 and it finally gave up the ghost in December 2023 – so it basically lasted 10 months.The gear between the unit and the attachment came loose within a couple of months so the blade wouldn’t turn. This could pressed back, fixing it but being careful to use a low power setting on anything more vicious than a thin soup.Removing the attachment for cleaning require a good strong grip despite the release buttons being fully pressed – it wasn’t the easiest thing in the world to do.As with all these things it might just be bad luck on my part. I often read other reviews of products that I’ve been really satisfied with and thought to myself, “how on earth did you manage to do that to it”.At the end of the day, whether it’s user error or the resilience of the product it was basically broken after a couple of months and then limped on to just before Christmas when it gave up in a cloud of acrid smoke and ozone as it finally gave up the ghost and I’ve looking for a better-quality brand to replace it with.

Have only just used it. Made a great sauce for pasta. Blended vegetables raw. It did the job but may cook them a bit next time. Was very pleased with the result and very easy to clean.
