Are these made with gluten containing ingredients? Any flour in the licorice?

To my knowledge there is no flour in these. It get's it salty flavor from ammonium chloride. Sounds terrible but I grew up with salted licorice and love it!

what's the percentage of sal ammoniac in this? is that a coating of it on the outside?

It is very evenly balanced between being sweet and salmiakki. It is just sugar on the outside. Highly recommend if you are looking for a perfect balance between sweet and salmiakk. :)

It contain gluten. I do not know if that prevents Heksehyl from being Vegan. They are vegetarian.
