Dim and with horrible color rendering.
I'd say, don't waste your time or money. These bulbs are extremely dim -- nowhere close to the light output from a halogen which they compare themselves to. Even worse, the color rendering is way too blue. If this is the "daylight" color of their planet I don't want to visit there.

Found these 1.5W bulbs flickered significantly when dimming. Returned them without issues. Purchased the 2W version and they are working well. Not sure why.
