This is very effective Gaba! I like this brand a lot! I take Gaba with L-Theanine(same brand) at night and I sleep really well! It works fast! It helps me relax and ease my anxiety! It has helped with my overall sleep quality! I haven't noticed any serious side effects. But it does make my mouth dry. I find it's easy to swallow and it doesn't have a taste either. Which is good! This is a really good price for what you're getting! I do recommend it!
