They arrived without any instructions! This is my first time using them. Anyone have instructions on how to use them?

I laced my sneakers, then put the silver clasp on with the round part on the inside, adjusted with my foot in the sneaker for tightness, this part is tricky where you have to tie a knot, I marked the lace where I wanted to ‘knot’  took my foot out of sneaker and tied the knot, cut extra and swished sliver clasp.

Tried searching amazon, but couldn't find replacement lock clips! Anyone able to find them?

One of the color choices is "black&grey(2 pack)" but the picture is white/gray. will I actually be gettingg black and gray?

Has anyone used these for proper running shoes, instead of tying laces?

Running shoes are EXACTLY what I use these for. They have a comfortable 'give' that is completely adjustable/customizable by you, and if you run distance and your feet may swell a bit, especially in warm weather, the laces accomodate while keeping the shoe comfortable on the foot.
