Can you sleep with them on

Yes you can sleep with them on. It's just a adhesive film that sticks to your skin, kind of like nail varnish. When you put it on with water it stays on and gradually rubs off over 1-2weeks. I took mine off with nail varnish remover when it started to fade.

Are there sting ray/manta tattoos on these sheets?

No, unless they vary between packs. Mine was identical to the images in the description. There were shells but no rays or other fish
