Nice Product
Product is good but only battery was a little issue. Battery life is little below than average.

Over-heating,
This is the first review I am writing on Amazon. I've bought this laptop in August, and since the day one I am facing over heating issue. I have called dell customer care several times, they have updated bios and all the drivers but issue remains same. When I called them again they hang up the phone in the middle of conversation. This is the worst product of dell till now and their customer service is pathetic.

OVERHEATING.. From first day of useage it is heating a lot. Feels like an iron box.
Terrible product from dell.Dell is a well known brand but this product is garbage.Laptop is heating up a lot. And dut to this heating, battery is easily drained.Don't go for it!
