Long story short: My urinary tract doesn't feel any better but I think my gut does! I think this selection of germs helped my belly, and a lot of probiotics haven't. You do have to keep taking the pills to keep up the effect, but fortunately the regular-size bottle is more affordable.This product comes with all the pills in one small sheet of metallic bubble packaging. The pills are extremely easy to pop through the foil. They're large pills but easy to swallow. They don't taste bad or anything, and they don't stick to my mouth when I take them without water. I did travel with them and they were a perfect fit in my toiletries case. They weren't damaged by the pressure of other items in the case.This product comes in packaging that specifically states that it doesn't need to be refrigerated! I read that there was some confusion about this, but the packaging is very clear.I will be buying a bottle of this probiotic ASAP. I want to drop a star because I developed a UTI while taking this, but I think it might take more than a few doses to make a difference, and it helped with my belly, so for now it's 5 stars. I'll update later if I need to :)

I like this little travel pack idea! First, I use the Jarrow probiotics as a maintenance dose when traveling because I'm prone to stomach upset. With space being a premium when traveling, this is the perfect size to slip into my purse and still have the benefit of probiotics to help with the food, water, drinks and other assaults on my GI tract during travel. Great idea!

There are only 10 capsules with this travel pack and I could not tell the difference between taking it vs not taking it. I had the initial impression that they would be of stronger efficacy as when we travel sometimes the environment/food is not the same as in our home countries and probiotics would be extra helpful to balance any irregularities/discomfort. But I think this is just your regular probiotic- just packaged in a more 'convenient' format. You would do better off just packing whatever probiotic you take into a pillbox or even ziplock.

Surprised at how fast these Jarro-Dophilus started making changes. For me it was about day 5-6 I noticed an increase in vaginal moisture. No negative sides like gas, stomach upset or smell issues. These are coated to be shelf stable, this is a travel pack, each one is individually sealed blister packs. The coating helps in make it to the intestines and not killed off in the stomach with it's acid environment. I think they work, I have followed up with a bottle of Jarrow fem-dophilus which is a slightly different formula by the same company. I am not treating anything, just maintaining.

I was not sure about these capsules, but in fact they work extremely well.Although this is very expensive per use, it for some women may be worth it.If you want to try it, this is a good size. If you're already convinced, buy a 30 count size or larger and significantly reduce the cost per capsule.

Well, I guess I like this, but 10 days is not really a lot of time to know. I didn't notice any difference in the 10 days but then again I never do with probiotics. I do like that this is specific to preventing UTIs and yeast infections, I used to get yeast infections frequently but found that a healthy diet was best defense and now I don't even have to wear all cotton underwear anymore. I do like that it is is one and done, so many probiotics I've tried were two or three pills or more per serving, yuk. I do like the strains chosen for this, none of them are histamine inducing strains which I am very glad for, and L. gasseri I believe was the probiotic used in the studies on obesity/weight loss and gut flora, so always happy to get more of that, right? 5 billion is a good count too. I was a little dismayed that it arrived and the package said refrigerate, actually my husband was the one who caught that and immediately put it in the fridge, but what about the time in the hot mailbox? What about the time in the hot mail truck or the hot mail warehouse/sorting facility? And refrigerate when this is supposed to be travel sized? Yep, I travel with a fridge, don't you? Anyway, moving right along to pricing, ouch, $13+ for ten servings. Go get the 60 count for $33+, way more normally priced.
