Opening the box reveals a carrying case with a handle. Inside the carrying case are the compressor, user guide and a thank you card.Two features immediately stood out when I opened the case, durable construction and weight. At 4 pounds and 7.3 ounces (carrying case included), this compressor is the heaviest portable compressor I have ever purchased. Additionally, the build is solid with metal parts, two handles at the top and cords neatly hidden inside. First the connection to the tire value does not work well. I had to physically hold the hose to the tire value to get it to function (if it is not fully connected the unit shuts off the air assuming it is fully inflated). Also the discreption of the connect is not correct...it clips on like a typical bicycle pump...it does not screw on which would have been better. Second complaint not a big deal but the wire connecting to the car accessory plug could be longer....I had trouble reaching the rear tires. Otherwise the unit seems reasonably well built. I strongly suggest that you check the tire pressure with a gauge afterwards as I would not rely on the tire pressure indicated on the unit (because it will be wrong unless the hose is fully and properly connected....and this is not easy to accomplish). ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars One flaw makes it useless *by C***C on Reviewed in the United States on September 16, 2017* The part that connects it to the tire is so cheaply made that it won't get a seal proper.
