This mat is too thin. You can feel the massagers and they are hard on your back and butt The only way you can enjoy these massage mats is to get memory foam that has some padding. The massage features are nice and the unit gets hot. Pat is not very wide.

The problem is the motor is very loud. The heat gets too hot too fast. I usually leave it off because the heat is too much. Overall, I love this product. Also the pillow attached is useless. It never stays put. It drags the whole mat down when I get up and then I have to reset everything. I will probably end up cutting it off and using it as a separate pillow.

Mom got these and I love it because it’s not the hard shiatsu kind and u can use your ice pack on neck if needed without the heat being turned off - wish it would have more modes but for most part for money simple and does the trick for recliner

This pad was nice at first. But, it has fallen apart. It was okay for the first 30 days. But, shortly thereafter it started falling apart. I did not buy the protection plan because I've enjoyed good quality products from Amazon and didn't feel it was necessary. Now the padding and motors are in the foot section. It is not usable. JUNK! Money down the drain. Very disappointing. If I could, I'dgive it minus 10 stars.

I have been buying a similar full body length heated massager for 3 yrs now (I say "buying" bcuz i suffer from several major chronic pain issues...fibro, psoriatic arthritis. MS, Lupus, Lymes), and so I am basically bedridden and used the other heated massager 24/7 and bcuz I used it so often and much more than the usual person would,.....I had to replace it every 6 months bcuz the massaging balls and motors would break down and stop. Decided to try a different one and this was it. Just got it about 5 days ago, and WOW, I am very very impressed. First of all, even tho the other one I kept repeatedly buying every 6 months was heated too, it was nothing like this one as far as how relaxing and extremely comforting the heat is on this one. Second, while the other one was also full length and had several massaging points from upper back all the way down to feet,......this one is so much more quality as far as the actual massaging options and intensity. Third: the memory foam and plush outside of this heated full body massager is SO WONDERFUL AND SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE !!!! So very very glad I switched and chose this one. Praying it lasts a loooooong time, lol.
