Healthy, Safe and Never Fail Non-Stick Pan.❤️❤️❤️
I bought this pan because it was a different type of non stick product. I don’t like using non-stick teflon coated products as I think they are potentially dangerous. This was purchased for the express purpose of making a big puffy sweet version of Yorkshire Pudding for breakfasts. I wanted to cut out all the butter we were using to keep it from sticking to the soufflé dishes. It was a great success. But now, there isn’t anything that I can’t cook in this wonderful pan. No matter what it is, everything slides out effortlessly and water actually rinses the pan clean. Of course I use a sponge and soap but my point is even if I’m cooking pork chops with sauerkraut with no oil or added moisture, everything browns beautifully and nothing sticks or burns. Great fried chicken, pancakes, sautéed fruit, fantastic job on fish fillets. This pan is worth more than $200 and is a bargain at $89.00. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve bought two more as Bridal Shower gifts.

Practically perfect in every way (apologies to Mary Poppins)
Pan arrived exactly as promised. Bought two of these, a 9.5" and a 13" at the same time. We've used them for a few days, and here is what I think: First, they are well-made. You can just see the attention to detail in the construction and the materials used seem to me to be first-rate. Second, they spread the stove heat very evenly. The base of the pans fit our burners exactly, and they reach cooking temperature in a very efficient way. Third, the cooking experience is excellent. We've cooked basted eggs, hamburgers, knackwurst with sauerkraut, fried chicken and hash browns. The pans performed flawlessly. Afterwards, the clean-up was very simple and easy. We followed the directions and there were no problems at all. All-in-all these are excellent pans for any kitchen, and well worth the price. We have not had them long enough to judge the lasting power of the ceramic coating, but I am pretty sure they are going to be good to go for a very long time.

We love our DaTerra 13" and 11 frying pan!
I bought this pan and the next size down that has a lid for my mom for Christmas. They are our go-to pan for cooking. They still allow browning to happen but you can easily deglaze the pan or use a plastic scraper for stonewear (came with our pampered chef pizza stone & they are suitable for non-stick). Otherwise we use the silicone sponges. Her only complaint is she wish this size has a lid. She asked for the 13" wok and is hoping the lid will work for both. Well used for a whole year and sometimes I caught my Dad throwing in a metal utensil, their still isn't a scratch, they look new. Oh, yeah! I even flambéd (I know that's probably not the proper use of that word.) a couple of times, with large blue rum flames. As you can see the pictures provided are almost a year after purchase they were bought December last year... I think she liked the one pan so much she wanted one with a lid so I bought her the 11 in probably January. The pics are of the 13" it gets the most use and most chance of gettting scratched by other lids and pots. Our pot/pan cubbord is stacked.

We own 3 different sizes
Buy it you will love it. The pan is well made and some food will stick but most will not however it cleans easy and the finish lasts. This is our third pan all different sizes with handle that stays cool

Excellent pan
My wife is the cook of our house, so when she said that this pan was the one to go with, I deferred to her. Previously we'd pick up a frying pan from Walmart and after about 10 months we'd see Teflon flakes appearing and we'd have to toss it. Finally decided to spring for a ceramic pan. Good choice! We've used it with everything from eggs to meat to vegetables and it's held up like a champion. Nothing sticks and it's dishwasher safe so cleanup is easy. No obvious defects after several months of daily use and cleaning. Quality is top notch Only negative I can really say is that for $90, it'd be nice if it came with a lid. It's not something that's needed often, but on those times where we're doing taco meat it'd be great to be able to cover it and let the meat marinate in the liquid a while without losing heat. Still, overall it's a quality product

Do not waste your money on this one
This pan was non-stick for about 2 months of VERY light use ( a few times per week for cooking eggs, onions, cooking veggie burger). It has been handled with gentle care, only used silicone spatula or wooden spoon, never any metal. It’s been cleaned gently, never used abrasive anything on it, never cleaned in dishwasher. Now it has lost all non-stick property . I tried making sunny side up eggs today which ended up in a sticky scrambled mess. Some of the pictures posted by other reviewers depicting stuck on eggs illustrate well how poorly this pan performs. One positive aspect is that it is lightweight. Unfortunately, I can no longer return it due to return time window having closed. Unfortunately, it’s not good enough to give away which means it’s going in the garbage. Big waste. Wish I could give it zero stars.

The perfect pan!
This pan is a game changer. I love it! Since purchasing it, I have seared, sautéed, carnalized, and fried on the stove top- all with minimal or no added fat. I have then transferred my meal to the oven to finish. One pan serves all purposes beautifully. Perhaps my favorite part is that it cleans effortlessly! I needed to cook lots of bacon for a family event and did a comparison. I fried half in my “name brand” skillet and half in my Da terra. There was no comparison. The bacon cooked evenly and more efficiently in the Da Terra. Clean-up was a breeze. One more thing! This pan is lightweight and perfectly shaped to allow a large pasta meal. Seriously, buy this pan now. It is at the top of my gift list for most of my family.

We originally ordered the 11" and liked it so much we purchased the 13". The odd recipe requires a little bit of oil to prevent sticking but most of the time it doesn't need any at all. It cleans up so easily. The heat distribution is perfect. The customer service is outstanding and responsive. This will be our new go-to for wedding gifts.

I really like this frying pan I have bought many over the years and this one seems to have a lot more even heat and very easy to clean. I think a year from now will be a better test

Egal was man zubereitet, es bleibt kleben.
