2 step process. Very easy to use. However, not so easy to mix correct color. Have patience and keep mixing. Once 1st layer is put on, let dry a couple of days and lightly sand to smooth out before using top coat. It said to wait 24 hrs, but it really needed 2 days. I couldn't get the exact black color I needed. I ran out of patience. Lol. but it looks better than the broken white ceramic tile spots. I've mopped over the spots and it's staying. You get lots of colors, but they're small bottles. This kit is good for "small" repairs.

This product is amazing. I dropped something that caused a large chip in my ceramic tile. After using this, the chip disappeared. The colors are very in tense so even a small drop of black made the putty too dark gray. So I had to add more white. It was easy to use and worked great

Everything I needed was included. The process is much more difficult than I anticipated. It was extremely hard trying match my sink color (I got really close at best). It takes a LOT of patience.

Total Crap , the colors I need are empty or dried up,,, steer clear.

Two of the colors, the white and blue, had separated in the bottle so only a watery mess came out. No amount of shaking would remix them. I had to cut the bottles open to get to the paste, but that meant once-and-done, as I couldn’t save the leftovers for other repairs. And believe them when they say it dries darker. I’d have tried again with a lighter mixture, but the white was gone after the first repair.

I read reviews before ordering, and now have used it to fix the face of a floor tile. They give plenty of colors to mix and the directions were so simple, I thought I was missing something. It was easy, looks great and I'm very happy with it. I repaired a gouge in the face of a ceramic tile and the repair is invisible. If used to repair small blemishes or such, I would highly recommend it. I wouldn't try to use it to repair a tile that obviously needs replaced. I'm not sure about durability, but it sure looks good thus far!!

It takes some practice to get the coloring just right. And yes, adding the lacquer does darken it somewhat. Please Note: you will puncture the color bottles with a push pin that comes with the kit. SLOWLY twist and barely pull to remove the push pin from the tip of the bottle, otherwise stain will spurt everywhere! Slow is key. Just looking at my floor, I cant tell where the cracks used to be!

Black paint was all dried up, couldn’t use.

This kit is a lifesaver! I dropped a heavy object on my marble countertop and it cracked. I was able to use this kit to repair the crack and it looks like new.
