After I peeked through the clear part of the bag I starting drooling again. The only way to stop was to get some of it in my mouth. I opened the bag and there was a sweet smell. The jerky looked great. I put my hand in the bag and I have to admit that I was taken back from the wetness of the jerky. I guess I was expecting it to be more dry but that also meant that it was going to be juicy, which is huge for me. After trying my first piece, I was hooked. The best way to describe this is that it takes like a steak that has been marinating in a sweet sauce. It was so tender that you probably do not even need teeth to chew it. There are literally explosions of flavor in every bite. I looked around my office and thought, I don't want to share any of this because it is soooo good but then I also wanted to share my finding to the entire world! I let some co-workers try and they were hooked. They agreed that this is the best jerky they've ever had.
