The Sim doesn't work. According to the customer service at T-Mobile this has been an ongoing issue with sim being sold through Amazon. Its a waste of time. Now I have to go fine time to return this Sim. Please rectify this issue. Thank you.

I bought this SIM starter pack mainly to get an old iPhone 13 working again, and it did the job perfectly. Once I popped the SIM in, the phone unlocked enough that my niece can now use it freely when connected to WiFi. Setup was simple and quick with the included SIM key made it easy to open the tray. The triple cut design is convenient too since you can adjust the size depending on the phone, though I only needed the nano. Overall, it’s straightforward, works as expected, and was a good solution for repurposing a locked device. Works fast, connected great. Price is great!

Scamm scamm scamm Not connecting to metro s.e.r.v.i.c.e the sku #does not exist to adapt to n.e.t.w.o.r.k covered with metro. Not good at all {No=S.e.r.v.i.c.e} It is a scam!!! I need m.o.n.e.y back. If you need a sim just go directly to the metro store is only $10.56 that is less then this product. Buy a sim at direct store then you can ask for your personal plan. Terrible. No value for money no service.

No mencionan si es prepago o postpago en Mexico no es tan fácil activarlo, no solucionan en la aplicación como realizararlo. No me fue funcional.
