I hurt my left heel a few months ago and a friend recommended a heel cup. His looked similar and maybe is the same. I ordered these and they arrived with one deformed as shown in the pictures. I only needed one, so I decided to just give it a try and didn’t mind the deformed one. Wore the heel cup for over a month without improvement and from initially using it, it seemed to make impacts WORSE. Kept using it anyway for a while and just gave up on it after that month and was surprised how much better my heel felt from just removing this thing from my shoe!!! still not better but back to the way it felt before the cup. I don’t believe this is returnable, and admittedly I should have tried when it arrived deformed, but I also thought it could be flexed back into shape. I have tried, for fun, several times and it doesn’t work. Perhaps heating it would work but I wasn’t that interested. Overall, maybe I got the wrong size (large) for my size 12 foot and >200lbs and maybe that makes it more stiff than it should be for my foot size and weight. But, the main thing you should take away is that this isn’t soft and won’t cushion your steps. If that is what you want, do not buy this!

this a great item, a little expensive for what it is but they fit in most shoes and provide some support for my bruised heel and allows me to wear thin shoes by padding out the heel. good to take them out to air the rest of the shoe when you are not wearing them as they do not really breathe of course.

Fit

The heal cups are made from a very stiff plastic. There is no cushion, they are very uncomfortable. They are not good at all if your looking for a heal cup to lessen the impact of walking. I purchased a very similar looking product many years ago that was made of a soft rubber. They worked great. I thought I was buying a similar product based on its appearance but I was very wrong.

As someone who's had plantar fasciitis these are a must have in flat shoes. I get my shoes a tad bit bigger to accomodate these types of cups. I have several brands and styles. I'm here to say they can all slip a bit depending on shoe style. Perhaps if your feet sweat a lot that could be more difficult. Try an anti-perspirant on your feet b4 socks. But at the end of the day releaving foot pain is dominant. Make a choice.

Buon prodotto e anche la scatola si presenta curata, i supporti sono in gomma ma un po' dura quindi sono buoni più per prevenire la tallonite o se è agli inizia, ma se è già presente e forte non aiuta molto, anzi può dar dolore, infatti l'ho dovuto restituire

I suffered a bad bone bruise on my heel and after months I still could barely walk my foot hurt so bad. My doctor recommended these and what a relief! My foot still hurts but it takes the sting out of each step and I'm no longer overcompensating with my other foot. They fit nicely in shoes and slippers and unlike the foam ones that flatten down so quickly, they hold their shape! Will be buying another pair just for my slippers!

かかとの痛みがかなり軽減されるようです。スポーツ時にはこのプロバージョンを入れて履けるシューズに買い替えるのが良いと思います。 黄色のスタンダードの方は、プロよりも高さが低い分、今ある靴にも入れやすいと思いますので、こちらは日常の靴に使うのが良いと思います。

ハイエースに乗っていて、かかとの痛みが気になり、かかとに入れるカップを探していたところ、こちらの商品に出会いました。ハイエースの運転姿勢は椅子に座っているような状態なので、足の重みがダイレクトにかかとに集中するせいか、１時間ほど走るとかかとが痛くなります。それがすこしでも軽減できるかと考えましたが、思ったよりも効果があります。本来、かかとにはある程度「肉」がついていて、クッション性を保っているのですが、その「肉」を寄せる効果があると考えています。そのことにより、かかとの負荷が軽減されていると考えます。お勧めできます。ニューバランスの2002Rに中敷きを入れた上に装着しています。
