Exactly what it's supposed to be
Bought this and the other side to fix the paint on my fleet. Fun fact, the fenders on the express vans actually come off and on very easy as well as are very easy to realign when you're installing them. The do come painted black, but if you have white vans, bring these fenders to your local body shop and ask them to paint them in a single stage fleet paint, this will be very cost effective and frankly you won't be able to tell the difference if you aren't a body person anyways. Product is exactly as advertised and for a very fair price. And yes, if you have prime, these are shipped for free. Rock auto wanted 100 dollars to ship this same part via "freight"
