one of my favourite face masks
This balm is a real multi-tasker - you can cleanse with it, use it as a face scrub or as a face pack. Given the price, I use it as a face mask only. I have used it for a few years and whenever I see it on offer at Amazon I grab at least two pots, as I can't live without it. I use it at least once a week as I am a face pack addict (if there is such a thing!). As Neal's Yard make it, it is very gentle whilst being very effective. It ha been recommended by scores of beauty editors over the years, too - so don't take my word for it!

NO scent! What has happened to this product? Loved it for years but the last 2 jars have no scent.
Disappointed is an understatement, I have used this balm for several years now & loved it! I've not been disappointed until now. I bought 2 recently at different times & both have been a pale yellow colour with no Rose scent whatsoever, but when you put it on your skin, it smells of emulsion. Not sure what has happened.....is it just the one without the cloth that has this issue?

Amazing stuff
This is just wonderful stuff, I have never been good with face creams, gives me blocked pores and spots so I've generally avoided them. Now I'm a bit older I need to hydrate my skin and I was recommended this. Incredible stuff, my skin has,been transformed, I use on my face and neck, it doesn't take much as it spreads far, a jar lasts me 4 months. My skin is beautiful, no visible pores or spots from it, my skin is super soft and smooth, I love this stuff

Favorite winter product
This is a real treat .Not cheap but I love it .Great protection in the winter from cold , wet weatherI’ve been using Neals Yards products for decades.

Amazing cream. It’s easy to use, pleasant smell and even if it’s a small jar it lasts long.

Counterfeit item
This product is not neals yard- the consistency and smell is different and I suspect it’s counterfeit. Really awful and disappointing
