I bought this because I was moving and needed boxes taped shut. It is a decent product for that. My only complaints are that the roll of tape tends to move and the dispensed tape gets tangled. There is an adjustment knob that adjusts the tension of the roll of tape. The serrated end that cuts the tape can be tricky if you don't have the right angle. I had some problems cutting the tape at times. All in all, it's not a bad dispenser.

Works as expected but the tape itself was so flimsy, it kept folding onto itself. So if you're buying, make sure you but some quality tape for it and then you can give it 5 stars

These work OK.  Someday, someone will create a tape gun that actually works and is easy to use.  Not bad.  I have one that is a lot worse than this one.
