There are better supports for professional artists to use, because you want to tell customers that the materials are archival, but these could certainly be used by professional artists to produce fine works of art.I’ve been painting for fifty years. When I first got started, painting panels were made of canvas glued to cardboard we were told not to use them because if they get wet they could be destroyed. They were fine for student work, but nothing you intended to last. These MDF (medium Density Fiberboard) core panels should have much better capability to stand up to humidity, dampness, mishandling than those with the cardboard cores. I often paint on cradled panels and those also often use gessoed MDF as the painting surface of the panel.The canvas is said to be medium grain, it’s not very deep grain. I have not found flaws in the canvas grain on my panels. They come well packed and are very reasonable in price. At the time of my review they cost a little over $1 each.I’ve used them for acrylic and oil paint and both worked well. Attached are some photos of a painting that started with acrylic then when that was dry, I switched to oil paint on the Gredak panel.

As an activities coordinator at a residential community, one of the things that has been requested a lot is painting parties, where someone demonstrates how to paint a particular subject or scene and others duplicate it. My budget is small, so I needed to find some small canvases in bulk that wouldn’t require the use of a lot of expensive paint. These are a great choice!These 20 8 x 10 canvases are ready to paint. I just peel the wrapper from the bundle and hand one out to each person. They readily absorb the pigment and are good for either wet or dry techniques. There are even 30 labels you can use to print the title of the piece, artist, medium, date and signature on and then affix to the painting, a frame or wall.At about $23-27 for the package of 20, you’re paying around $1.30 each, which is a good deal. If you can find paints and brushes at an affordable price and use paper plates and cups for blending, that’ll allow you to put on a nice event for a good group of people without costing an arm and a leg!

These are really nice quality, heavy duty canvas panels.Can't comment if they're up to snuff for professionals, but it's a great value for kids to practice with and the included label stickers are a nice little bonus.At a dollar a panel, it's a good value for the quality.

These canvas boards are lovely! I was impressed with their weight and overall construction and look forward to using them soon! A few things to note - There we're one or two in the pack that had some inclusions on the canvas (see photos) and one that had the protective backing slightly folded over, but the majority of them were pristine. The display labels that come included are also a nice bonus, although it looks like the ink on most of mine had rubbed/smudged during packaging or shipment. Either way, the canvas boards themselves are fantastic, so it's 5 stars from me!

Ready made boards for painting small works and studies. No quality issues with these boards, they are uniform and identical. Huge time saver. Comes with two pages of labels for date and media, a nice touch.Price per board is well worth the time saved.

These canvas are great for budding artists. They also come with an acknowledgment sticker. They are perfect size for smaller paintings. Fun for painting party too. Everything goes on smoothly.

Nice pack of 20 8"x10" canvases for painting. My grandchildren who live close by love to paint, and this is a great pack for them. It would also be good for more experienced painters, as they are quite good quality.The canvas is glued down well on the boards. I really like that they included the labels with spaces for a lot of information and the artist's signature.A great large pack of canvases for any most any artist or child who likes to paint.
