I have extreme radiation damage to my bladder and nothing have I used provides leak protection for a side sleeper with no shutoff valve. Baggy for a purpose but perfect putting boxer briefs over this product...best thing I have yet found in combination to overnight protection I need daytime.

I like this panties for their durability and their ease of use. Unfortunately, as a person with a colorful personality I have to say it would be nicer if their color selection was a bit more expansive. With just 4 colors it can be hard to match to one’s outfit for those that care about such things. I’d love to see a purple or perhaps a nice green or yellow. They do hold up in the wash machine for easy cleaning which a huge plus in my book. The cost is a bit on the high side but if you don’t want to have to replace your protective panties with some frequency this might be just the product for you.

It feels comfortable but it's not good at keeping what should stay inside inside. I'm glad I tested before going out in public and trusting this product. It leaked at the cuffs between the legs. And there was barely anything to contain yet it still failed.This product is too expensive to fail. On a positive note, it's very comfortable to wear and I don't feel like I'm wearing plastic pants, which is nice.But as it is, this product is sitting on the shelf not being worn.

I’ve always been happy with North Shore products, but I’m now looking for alternatives as they are so high and price. This diaper cover was too warm, and for $40 each it just wasn’t worth it.

Finally found an incontinence diaper product that keeps the smell to a minimal level. I don't smell odor as much when I use this product with incontinence underwear.

I ordered a black Trifecta and when it came the stitching and tag was on the clothlike exterior. Well I thought it was sewed inside out and ordered a replacement and it came in the same way. For reference the Gary active brief are stitched on the inside with the extra 3/16 seam where this Trifecta has the extra 3/16 on the outside. Even the pictures show the tag on the inside so returning it.Edit - After I scoured the interwebs I finally contacted them but said that's the way they are made. They are meant to be worn with the shiny side out completely reversed of Gary's. I will say that their support chat on their website was great though and will keep ordering Megamaxes but I am returning these briefs as they are not discreet if they peek out of my jeans.
