I confess to being disappointed. Whilst they do protect from the heat, I have found them to be excessively large and stiff - so I worry that I haven't got a good enough grip of the pan or tray. To be honest, I think these are best suited to men who enjoy barbecue-ing rather than ladies that bake/cook in a kitchen.
