Not your basic router
There was minor issues with power cable being sent wrong but the vendor was amazing at communicating. I'd buy much more from them. The setup is not for the faint of heart. I put OPNSense instead of the pre-installed version. You need to setup your ports and assignments from the console (monitor to the device) but from there you can run it headless and connect through the web console to finish the setup. I made sure to max out on ram and get 2x recommended HDD space (hdd probably not as important) but then I find RAM is where my devices get old and slower (so I try not to cheap out on ram). But it depends on your load. So far, it's a powerful system. Built well and has a metal case. Beutiful device.

Barebone unit works!
So far so good. It takes a while to configure due to some bad cabling. After I replaced those bad cables, it is working great now. I purchase several bulks of cat 8 and cat 7 cables from Amazon to be sure I always I have something on hand. The only issue with this unit is the temperature which is at a constant 58.1C. By winter it should cool down a bit. The next summer, I will place it by my living room AC.I am using two 3200Mhz DDR4 x 16GB RAM modules from my gaming laptop since I had replaced them with larger size modules. For storage a regular 2.5" 250GB SSD is more than good enough. I am that kind of person who likes to look at log files.

Very good
After using it as a PfSense router, I am very happy with the product.It’s too hot to operate fanless, in a room at 25 degrees celsius.I am using a laptop fan to cool it down.

Das Gerät funktioniert super, der Service ist super
Das Gerät wurde ohne Festplatte und Arbeitsspeicher bestellt.Da ich noch einige Fragen und Wünsche hatte, habe ich mich mit dem Service in Verbindung gesetzt.Ich kann nur sagen: Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das ist noch echter Kundenservice.Das Gerät wurde geliefert, ich habe die Festplatte und den Arbeitsspeicher eingebaut und bis jetzt funktioniert es einwandfrei. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
