bought this HP Victus mainly for gaming and work, and so far the experience has been excellent. The mica silver design looks elegant, sleek, and well finished nothing over the top like some other gaming laptops. In terms of performance, the Intel Core i5-12450H processor along with 8GB of RAM does a great job: programs load quickly and I can work with multiple tabs open without issues. For gaming, the NVIDIA GTX 1650 graphics card still delivers solid performance in popular titles like Fortnite, Valorant, and even some more demanding games on medium/high settings. The 512GB SSD is fast and provides plenty of space for several games and applications without running out of storage right away. The 15.6” Full HD screen has good colors and adequate brightness, perfect for both gaming and watching movies or shows. I also appreciate the cooling system: while it does get a little warm during long sessions, it’s not uncomfortable, and the fan noise is reasonable. The best part is how well-balanced it feels between price and quality: it’s not the most powerful gaming laptop out there, but for the price it delivers more than expected. Ideal for anyone looking for a reliable laptop with solid gaming performance that can also handle work or study.

I just got it today in the mail and I’ve barely used it but so far super good, I was just playing Roblox and the graphics were all the way up on this SCP Roleplay game which is very graphic and is realistic and it took a little longer to load but there was NO LAG!!! It’s also very easy to setup and the quality is very nice. I love the weight of it too! It’s very light and easy to take somewhere and fits in my backpack. I haven’t checked out the battery life yet but it does seem like it’s pretty good, the overall performance of this laptop is very impressive for the price, if your a first time gamer or just a casual gamer trying to not go over budget, GET THIS LAPTOP!!!

Still love this product. I've had it for a few years now. Haven't had any serious issues with it other then one, the battery life isn't very good can't leave it unplugged for more then half an hour but can easily replace battery with better new one. This is my very first computer so don't really know what to look at to know if anything is wrong with it.

I like this laptop. I primarily purchased it to play games on and communicate with family while traveling, and it does all right. It plays my games, connects reliably to the Wifi, and I feel like I got what I paid for. But the battery is garbage. Do not expect to watch a 2 hour movie or play a game without it being plugged in. The battery drains REALLY FAST, even when just running a program like Discord or Solitaire.

Excellent laptop for the money! Gaming is very smooth and graphics are decent. Very fast CPU. You can’t beat the price for what you get!

Le compré esta laptop a mi hijo hace más de un año para que haga sus tareas y también la usa para jugar la verdad hasta ahora no ha tenido ningún problema y la usa a diario a él le encanta y por el precio la verdad muy bien

I let this thing update, and it installed a some kind of BIOS update as well. Now when I boot it is asking me for some bitlocker key THAT I WAS NEVER GIVEN. It says to go to aka.ms/recoverykey (or something), and when I log in it says I don't have any devices (big f'ing help MS). When I go to HP and enter the product number and model number HP says it is not under warrantee. This is a circule cluster-F of stupidity and bad support. I'm on the verge of returning this thing just to start over.

This unit is great. I don't have much to add to other reviews. But I can confirm that this model is easily upgradable to 64gig of memory. I used a gskill ripsaw kit at 1.2v. Its only seven small screws and a little bit of gentle manipulation to remove the back.

Acabo de recibir la computadora en poco tiempo, el envío fue rápido y quiero decir que estoy sorprendido. Soy Fullstack developer, ocupo frameworks para programar y está computadora los corre de maravilla. En juegos le falta Ram pero el Fortnite lo corrió muy bien. Se las recomiendo pues vale la pena con este rango de precio.

تم وصول اللابتوب اليوم ولكن الكيبورد فيه مشكله حروف مش بتتكتب مظبوطه و اسهم اليمين و الشمال بتكتب حروف بدل ما تحرك سهم الكتابه في الوورد. تمت محاولات كتير و عمل ابديت و تغيير اللغه و مسحها و تنزيلها من جديد ولكن كل المحاولات بات بالفشل و للاسف طلبت الارجاع في نفس يوم الشراء بعد وصوله بساعات! وقمت بسراء المنتج تاني و جالي مظبوط و مفيهوش اي مشكله لابتوب جميل و سريع في الجيمنج و البرامج شكرا امازون لخدمه العملاء الفوق ممتازة اللي بتقدموها

Effective and speedy work performance for both gaming and designing.

I bought this on sale and received quickly. the pad (track) is somehow not well-fitted, the lower right corner is slightly (veryyyy slightlyyy) shallow, compared to lower left corner. Whenever I click, the click sound is a bit strange. But trackpad all over is working. I presume that it's from HP's Quality Control. Wonder why this product is already not in available in their shopping website. To companies, whatever happens in your QC and logistics, please don't disappoint your customers. Anyways, track pad is not an issue for me since I can use it with wireless mouse which I already have. And trackpad is working fine, it's just that the rectangle is not 100% fit-snuggle. The product description is accurate as per the product posted here in Amazon. Performance: I can do video editing here and can multitask heavy applications. I am dealing with social media tasks. I didn't tried it in games yet. If your video is 4K, you need to install VLC player, which is easy to install. Microsoft products are already installed. By the way, if you are editing photo or you want to render accurate color attributes in your digital artworks, this is not the right laptop for you. The screen light is not as impressive (compared to inteliRIS graphics laptops.) HP Victus 15, for its price, I understand. In this case, maybe you want to get an expensive lcd and connect it externally, if that is possible.
