Had I ordered a large everything would’ve been to tight for my liking. So in my opinion it’s true to size I am an XL on top and also for the pants on the bottom to come up and around my stomach I just am not big legged so wish it wasn’t as wide legged. But there’s always the skinny leg scrubs out there too. It’s not thin or see through. I read a review that said the material is see-through, but I don’t know what color that person purchased. I can’t see how any of the colors would be see-through because the material is so thick. I do think the top is a bit long but I also felt that way when looking at the photographs and I still made the purchase so go figure.
