Best steak knife you can buy
First off, I freaking HATE the way reviews for Mercer Cullinary knives are set up. Yes, you can scroll through reviews to see reviews on one specific type / style of knife, but then you need to find several for your type of knife, and figure the average review rating yourself :( To say 4.6 for "all Mercer knives" tell you nothing. One type might actually be a 4.1, while another is a solid 5 star. Anyway, this is my 4th Mercer Cullinary knife. The serrated steak knife, and if I could give it a 6 star, I would. Unbelievably sharp. And the handle is perfectly shaped, and so grippy :) LOVE this knife. I really don't need a whole set of them. This one is MINE ! So you better get back, I have a knife in my hand :) lol

This is a great steak knife. Same quality as my favorite paring knife which is also made by Mercer.
Use this as a steak knife. It slices easily through all steaks. I also use it for slicing sandwiches.

Cuts through steak like butter
When our 2 steak knives arrived, one was a different style. I am so impressed that I was effortlessly (and without cost) able to return it and have it replaced very promptly, specially since I live in New Zealand! They are fantastic steak knives and I am so delighted with the Amazon service that was provided.

Nice sharp knife
Very pleased with how well it cuts. The sheath that comes with the knife is a bit cinchy but otherwise a good buy.

The perfect steak knife
I've been searching for the best steak knife for years and I finally found it. This knife has enough serration to cut easily but not so much that it tears the meat apart. It's attractive and well-made. Very happy with this purchase

Rust stains after FIRST wash
After the first time these knives were washed rust stains were found in multiple locations on most of the knives. Really disappointing.

Well worth the price
This knife has a nice, balanced feel and cuts perfectly. Santoprene handle makes for a secure grip. Comes with a very cheap plastic sheath which I am not likely to use.
