I needed to replace my compact projector that I purchased a few years back. First impressions of the FUDONI projector was well built (and well protected during shipping). It was a bit larger than my 'pocket projector' I had earlier, but the FUDONI projector sure packs a punch! I won't compare to my prior projector anymore, as there really isn't a comparison... The old projector needed a pitch black room to see the picture, whereas with the FUDONI projector can be used almost anywhere/anytime. Size - The FUDONI projector is about the size of my hand and has the weight of a well built device without being too heavy. All the cables are included in the shipping box, which I would recommend as a storage and transportation box as needed. I tripod connector is on the bottom of the device which will come into use when using at a portable location. Initial setup - this was about as simple as it gets! Plugged in the device, projected onto a bare wall, and the home screen provides quick access to several inputs (HDMI, VGA, USB, Bluetooth, and Screen Mirroring). I started with screen mirroring to my iPhone. Connecting to my home wireless network took about 15 seconds, and then I was able to mirror directly to the device. I was streaming to the projector less than one minute after unboxing! Quality of picture and sound - I was shocked at the quality of both the picture and sound of the FUDONI projector! As mentioned earlier, the brightness (or lumens) output by this projector allows viewing during the day in a normal room in the house - dark basement room isn't needed! This is a huge benefit from lower brightness projectors. The sound from the internal speakers also shocked me. I was sitting 20 feet away from the projector and the sound was perfect. I tested with an external speaker as well, and to be honest, the internal speaker sounded better - more 'stereo' than my external speaker. Out of the box, both the picture and sound were great, but within the settings menu, there are more settings if you wish to customize. Other features - Sleep Mode - this is great, especially with the kids always leaving things on. Having a sleep mode will help conserve power and the life of the projector when it's not in use. Lens Cover - while seems basic, this lens cover is well manufactured and will protect the lens from dirt and scratches. Remote - since I was able to control everything from my iPhone, I haven't used the remote yet, but I am certain it will come into use in the future. Screen - I have a screen that I built earlier, so didn't review the included screen, but will be a great benefit to some - especially those with dark walls. Final takeaway - With all the choices of projectors available today, this FUDONI projector packs a bunch of power in a compact size. The picture and sound are on par with industrual projectors costing thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend this projector to anyone in the market!

great value for the money. I set this up as the main tv in my living room with an automated screen purchased on amazon as well. was pretty easy to install on the wall mount i bought. its pretty basic in the menus and the bluetooth audio has a little bit of a delay sometimes so we just plug in a speaker. not great for use during the day but i have shading curtains, not blackout, and it tends to work great with just that much light blocking. video games have minor anti-aliasing but not a lot

Works well , very bright , pull the shades and day time is all good. Picture is clear, and large. Realized I really don't need auto focus. Because you set it and we'll, it's set. The only problem is the zoom function does not really work. But I just found a way to place the projector where it needs to be to achieve the screen size I want. It's loud. But I use a nice sound bar with Bluetooth so don't really hear it unless I try to. So great for the price, works well. And focus stays set. Who would have thought it would. And I feel less things to go wrong or break. And it comes with a kit to clean the fan vent , and reminds you after a set time. So you don't get the brown spot on your screen. Oh I use a Google chrome cast with it and that just works too.

I would have had no stars but required to at least mark one. Crappy product! Do not waste your time or money. First one was delivered shut off almost immediately and never would come back on. Tried to call the company 30 times and never got through. My daughter bought another and it's working for now. But it alerted it's leaked her wifi password. Again don't waste your time or money! Crap product and crap customer service

First one had burn spots, Fudoni replaced it quickly, the new one works even better, this projector works awesome for the price.

I'm undecided whether to give this 2 or 3 stars. I wanted a projector that I could keep mounted in my room so I could keep my other brighter projector mobile for outdoor movies, which requires a much brighter projector. I hoped this would work well enough in my very dark room. Pros: - If your room is very dark, it can look okish. - It was very cheap. - It has all the inputs you could need - Small and light Cons: - No zoom at all. The only way to adjust the size is by either moving it back and forth, or scaling the image (which means your brightness is even less than advertised. - The keystone is awful. If you have to adjust the keystone away from center, the edges of the image will be quite blurry. This means if you mount it on the ceiling, your image will be blurry, and there's nothing you can do about it. It has to be exactly perpendicular to the screen to get a clear image. - The fan noise is annoyingly loud. - There isn't enough color control to make up for the lack of light. Maybe if there was a decent gamma option, but you just have basic brightness/contrast controls, and no matter what I do, the darks always look buried. At $60, it's a very cheap projector, so quality/dollar is pretty good I guess. I tried watching a movie with it and I was so annoyed at the image it made it hard to enjoy. I'm not sure I'll be able to find any use for this thing, so even though it was cheap, I don't think it's worth keeping. My other projector, which did cost more (~$300) looks infinitely better, so going from that projector to this one just hurts my heart too much.
