I think the pigment is good. I like it to stay on and this does.

Q: What color of eye liner do you wear with this eye shadow

I wear black liner with everything. But I think one could use a blue, green, silver, brown, gold, or even wine eyeliner. It's a lovely & versatile eye color that looks to me that one can have a lot of fun with it.
