I don’t normally review things but was hoping to help clear up sizing for a lot of other people. So the sizing is off and the number given is definitely the final smallest size it can reach.So for me when I measured myself and I have a 35 in waist. So according to the chart I need 3XL. But because reviews I ordered XL. I wanted to have to use the extender that way I can use the trainer for a longer time hoping I won’t need to buy a smaller one if it helps make my waist smaller.Turns out I could use XL without the extender! Because like I said the size listed for XL is 31” but that’s at the smallest point. The normal hooks = 3 in extraThe extender= 3 inches. (But when you attach it it’s actually more like 2.5 in extra because it needs some overlap to attach.)Total normal hooks+extender = 5.5 in extra.So even though it’s listed as 31 in you get 5.5in more if you want to use extender for a total of 36.5.So when buying this definitely measure your waist ! Then subtract 5 or 5.5 inches and use the chart. So since im 35 in -5.5 in = 29.5 and I went with the large and like I said fits perfectly. I can use the extender now and I’m on the largest row of hooks.

I was very hesitant to order this product because of the size issues. My waist is 37, so a 2xl would've been my size. After much going back and forth, I decided I was probably an xtra large, but decided to go with the large. I barely fit into it, but that's okay. Also, I picked the shorter size because I'm 5', but there's a gap between my bra and the trainer which exposes my fat. I've only used it twice. Trying to break it in and loose some weight. It's very well made, so I suspect it will last a long time!

I got this product for my mom but she didn’t like it. We returned and mailed it back but got charged for it again!!

Sizing wrong throw away not worth returning

I’m 5’11” and 196lbs, recently had a baby, so I have a little extra fat and loose skin. I typically wear a 12-14, so I bought a size large. The corset fit around my tummy, but wasn’t long enough. This would work fine for someone who is much shorter than me, with a short torso. Maybe also for someone who hasn’t had kids if they do happen to be tall.

I had twins 4 months ago so I ordered this to help with the "twin skin" and omg! I love this!! The material is so nice and feels great on im 5 3 and 150 lbs I ordered a large, with the extender it fits on the second set in, perfect for when I lose weight I can tighten it further..I wear it while cleaning and working out..I ordered the 9 bone instead of the 25 for a little more flexability..I can sit and even lean sideways without any discomfort. I feel more like how my body was before twins with this and it gives a nice hourglass shape..idk if its reccomended but I even take the top 6ish hooks and hook 3 in and the rest 2 in to really excentuate the shape..its hardly noticeable under tight clothes, all I can see usually is the little eyelets, which isn't a big deal at all..i don't have a latex allergy so i actually love the inside has it, it helps keep it from moving and I don't have any "back or armpit bulge" where it stops..would reccomend to everyone!!

I really love this waist trainer. I got a large when I should’ve got an XL. Thank goodness it came with an extender which I was able to get into it with. it is very comfortable to wear. I am finding that I eat much less, and I already have moved in a notch. Looking forward to not having to use the extender anymore! Would definitely recommend.
