Great product, poorly packaged
I bought these bails to make jewelry. When I received the package, the shipping envelope had a hole in one corner. I was missing 9 bails from the 100 that was ordered. The bails seem to be well made and sturdy. I plan to reorder once my initial refund is sent back to me. I've been waiting two weeks now. I will most likely change my rating to 5 stars once the return process is finished.

Great product and affordable. Just the right size for the pendants I make for my crafts. However, they gave me 99 pieces instead of 100.

Perfect for us.
Everything about them was just as posted. The price was fair and they worked great for us. We make pendants out of cherry wood. So we drilled a very small hole into the top of the pendant and added some sturdy glue and pushed them in. We waited 24 hours before continuing with the design on the front of the pendant.
