These lift insoles fit well in my men’s size 10.5 tennis shoes. They are very comfortable, and the cushioning feels great with each step. The slope from the heel to the arch is fairly steep and only extends a few inches, which contributes to the overall fit and comfort. This design allows the top of the shoe to sit naturally across the foot without feeling tight. In lace-up shoes, it also prevents the laces from appearing stretched apart, which can be a giveaway when someone is wearing lifts. The slight indentation at the heel helps keep the insole securely in place under the heel. Compared to other insoles I’ve purchased in this price range, the value cannot be beat. I haven’t found any that perform as well as these.

Doesn’t look good took 80% of the space in the shoe it’s not even comfortable and the quantity is not good

These kinda sorta work up to a point. I'm a heavier guy & if I wear these for too long I compress the foam so its like I'm not wearing them at all. But they do make me taller before that happens.

I tired the black ones that do not contour to the feet and have that red rubber tube in middle (a common one that pops up when you search for lifts on Amazon) I used them for a while but I realized I needed something more comfortable. This one is very comfortable, I just started using but I am concerned about how quickly they will wear out due to how soft they are and that I will overtime compress them too much. But for now I am very happy

Makes you look taller!

Very uncomfortable to wear, it gets you unbalanced.

I wear men's size 13 and it gets pretty close to covering the heel of the shoe. It is firm but comfortable.
