Why would I pay $30 for a box of 20 tea bags when I can get a box locally for $10The advertisement was extremely misleading

I have had Bigelow Mint tea before and it was 100% mint. I was so excited to find it again and ordered 6 boxes. HOWEVER when I received them I was shocked those boxes were sent in a plastic mailing bag and were totally crushed. I had to find other containers to put the packets in to store them. 2nd, when I made up the first cup I thought the flavor was off. I checked the packet and was greatly disappointed that the mint tea had rose hips, hibiscus, lemon peal and other natural flavors added to it. No where in the description were these other ingredients mentioned that I could/can find!!! I wanted 100% pure mint :-(

My favorite tea!! After surgery this was the only thing I could drink or eat without being sick for 2 weeks. They have it in my hospital and I could only find it on Amazon after leaving the hospital! Soothes a sick tummy in no time.

Blah taste that you have more of the paper tea bag taste then the tea. BIgelow used to have the product NOVUS that was in silk tea bags and was exceptional, but apparently they've downgraded it, and raised the price. The one star connotation is correct...I hated it!

Just a really nice quality tea,I must order more!
