The elasticized lace is very thin and I foresee it snagging and ripping far more easily than one would want in a dress that cost over a hundred dollars. The color is exactly as shown and the fit is quite cute. Unfortunately, I have to return the applique I bought to decorate this for competition, since it is constructed with metal prongs that would be a disaster with this fabric. Also, perhaps I missed it in the description, but there is a rhinestone "S" glued to the skirt that I was not expecting.
