Works well, is small but means it doesn't take up too much room in the freezer

Works well, makes great ice cream. Looks very cute. Easy to clean. Freezes well. Wish I’d got one with just slightly bigger capacity. But this is ok for true novices.

As vegan, I have tried other small ice cream makers but none would do a proper ice cream using dairy free milk. Giles & Posner ice cream maker really makes a great ice cream. If you are vegan or lactose intolerant and wants homemade ice cream go for this small but efficient ice cream maker.

Quite easy to set up once you have read the instructions. It's has a much smaller capacity than I was expecting. I have used it a few times now following the instructions but still can't get a decent texture of icecream. Also a basic recipe booklet included would be a plus.

We had this machine running for over 3 hours. Even with the bowl frozen for 3 days prior and the ingredients chilled in the fridge; it was not powerful enough to churn the mixture into ice cream. It literally has the look and feel of a child’s toy and is about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. So disappointed as we’d planned an entire day of making things with the kids. Also, even if it had worked, the machine is tiny and would only have produced at most a quarter cup of ice cream. I’m disappointed in Amazon that they can sell such a substandard product, regardless of the price! Do not buy and avoid at all costs!! I’d give it minus 10 stars if I could but it would only allow me to leave a review if I left one star. Also, getting a refund from the seller has been an absolute nightmare in itself!

This machine comes with an overseas plug. I had to go buy an adaptor to use it. Very annoying. I make frozen yogurt with it. Is really yum however it freezes to the tub and I had to wait at least 40 mins to get out the last of it.

This doesn’t work. It’s a gimmicky device and I didn’t manage to make ice cream

The product shocked me ! It’s a great buy for the price! Low noise, quick action and sufficient capacity.

I don’t really know how I feel about this after trying it many times it does not really make ice cream !!!
