Nice sectional sofa that is comforable
Nice sectional with comfortable seat cushions that are more on the firm side.We bought this sectional for our new "Teenager Cave" and it is perfect. The material seems like it will hold up well (we reinforsed with scotchgard).The sofa is lightweight, which was perfect for carrying upstairs. I would not recommend standing on the arms or back of sofa as the wood frame would probobly give (thinking of my kids and their teenager friends).I would absolutly buy this again if needed. The seller communicated with me regarding my order quickly and even worked out a very fair option to buy an additional ottoman.The color shown is true what you get (I bought light gray). I am very happy with my purchase.

Easy to assemble. Firm but still comfortable. Seems easy to spot clean. I only wish the bottom cushions you sit on could be taken off. They’re sewn in place.

Looks and feels cheap
I got a total of 6 boxes. I only opened the ottoman and one of the arm chairs before I made the decision to not open the rest of the boxes. The ottoman was uneve after I put the legs on. I wasn't about to use a salt packet to fix it. I assembled the arm chair and the backrest didn't feel sturdy enough to hold more than one person leaning on it. The fabric looks kinda cheap too. It kinda looks like office furniture (something that is not intended for everyday use).

Didn't last very long.
Parts for a screws fill out cannot get any support for the item after it was shipped and delivered. I would have expected a little bit more support for a product that costs so much.

The fabric isn't what I was expecting
The fabric is like felt . Not sure how to explain it. I wouldn't have used it for everyday because I feel like it would show wear very soon. However, I wasn't concerned about it since it was going into my living room and very little traffic, for the money, I am satisfied.
