I am 5'8" close to 150 lbs. The L was too big. The M would have been great except for that one issue. They came up over my navel and still hung low in the crotch. Some people may like that. These are very nice otherwise, perfect amount of snug, not tight or binding anywhere, soft cotton, a little stretchy. I really wish they fit. The leg is quite long, enough sothat they won't roll up when you put on shorts or pants.
