We've worn through several manual can openers, to the point where they no longer worked. When I saw this GORILLA GRIP "Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Smooth Edge Manual Can Opener and Bottle Openers, US Designed, Soft Comfortable Handle, Oversized Handheld Turn Knob, Multifunctional Kitchen Tool, Black," it looked like it would be a sturdy replacement. So far so good! This can opener is easy to use, locks well onto the can top, and removes the lid cleanly. It seems nice and stable and does a great job without my needing to use too much effort. It fits well in my miscellaneous drawer. I'm pleased with my purchase.

I got this for my sister who needed a new hand can opener but has trouble gripping things tightly. She raved over it and said it’s the best one she’s ever had and easy to use! Sharp and cuts well and very easy to grip and turn the handle. Also got the pizza cutter in the same brand and that’s good too!

This can opener is so bad. I thought I could deal with it just being difficult to get a can opened, but now it's not working on all levels. Difficult to get the teeth onto the rim, then only one or two times around and it stops. Bought march 23, its now May 8. Ordered something else. Wasted money.

This can opener, besides a great colour it was a lifesaver as i have gone through two others. It is so difficult to get an opener that works with ease ... slides with each turn and a large turning handle that allows for an easy grip. Highly impressed
