Beautiful cover and wonderful history of Florida
Beautiful cover and wonderful history of Florida. This is a book every Floridian should have! I'm going to try some of the recipes in the back. If anyone reading this review went to school in Northwest Florida, she included the famous cafeteria peanut butter candy recipe!

A wonderful look at the history of Florida cooking and its amalgamation of Native, Spanish, black, And Cuban influences. She Historical and practalso includes a nice collection of modernized (as to sources) recipes of especially basic foods of Florida History!
