Nice smell, use plenty of elbow grease to clen
The sponge has a soft side and a scrubbing pad on the other side, the product smells nice and is easy to use. I would say that when I cleaned my oven I needed to use the scrubbing side of the sponge and very hot water, and lots of effort, it's sparkling clean now.

Oven cleaner.
Like every new product, they promise the earth only to let you down, this product is not as good in my opinion as is advertised, used it twice and still my oven is not back to new as the advert states, used other products but had to wear gloves due to the caustic soda in them, that is the only good thing about this product. NO GLOVES, I bought a pack of three as they were on offer, so will have to give it another go at some point, maybe with continuous use it may get better.
